Canon Business Solutions announces new support tools
Canon Business Solutions Inc., a subsidiary of Canon U.S.A. Inc., announces a program providing a set of tools for In-plant/CRD environments. This program is in the form of a Web portal that provides in-plant customers who purchase or lease Canon imagePRESS digital color or monochrome production presses with the tools and resources that will help them maximize the efficiency of their digital operation. In addition, it assists those shifting their business model from a cost center to a profit center by providing users with sales, marketing, operational and educational tools such as e-learning and mentoring programs aimed at promoting their services to both internal and external customers who require targeted and customized business communications.
