A new version of ChromaStar has been released by Canadian-based 36Pix, Montreal, Quebec. ChromaStar 2 is said to be capable of accurately processing more complex images that are significantly affected by problems such as aggressive shadows and strong subject contours.
ChromaStar’s advanced algorithms correct common problems such as halos, green spill and shadows, while preserving fine detail and green clothing. The latest version’s enhancements allow it to render images with even stronger shadows, more background noise and remove contours that are the result of over-compression.
