Gura Gear, Ogden, Utah, announced Gregory Schern has partnered with award-winning wildlife photographer Andy Biggs, founder of Gura, and will serve as the company’s new president. The company says “Schern is a proven entrepreneur with the skills necessary to lead Gura through its next phase of growth.” He was the founder of Moab Paper, a leading developer of digital inkjet media.
“Gura has grown from a vision for the ultimate photo backpack designed to satisfy the needs of the world’s premier photographers,” notes Biggs. “The addition of Greg to our team will allow us to continue our robust growth while addressing the needs of our customers and partners.”
