Prosoft offering new Mac photo organizing tool

Prosoft Engineering Inc., Livermore, Calif.  has launched Photo Transformer, a photo organizer tool  at the Mac App Store. The $9.99 app provides fast, easy and automatic categorization of images by type, date, size, etc. Photo Transformer does not require photos to be managed by a library or database; it will find images no matter where they are located on the system using its fast search and categorization engine. These categories can then be used to easily select the images and process them in a variety of ways. The app supports Aperture and iPhoto.
