New merchantcard rates announced for PMA members in Canada through Canada Bankcard

PMA announced a new relationship was negotiated with Canada Bankcard (CBS/Elavon) to provide flat rate credit card services exclusively for any current PMA members in Canada. The new rates are a significant improvement over current established rates.

CBS/Elavon offers base rates of $0.05 per debit card transaction, 1.65 percent for qualified cards and 1.90 percent for non-qualified cards that could translate to potential savings of hundreds of dollars each year for member firms.
