Photo-Me International plc appointed Jean-Marcel Denis as an independent non-executive director, effective March 1. Denis been a consultant in Finance & Conseils Associes, which specialises in business valuations.
He was appointed cahirman of the Audit Committee and as a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees of the Board, with effect from his appointment as a director. The board has also appointed an existing director, Emmanuel Olympitis, to the position of senior independent non-executive director with effect from 1 March 2012. Olympitis remains chairman of the Remuneration Committee and John Lewis remains chairman of the Nomination Committee.
