High-speed robot shoots unique advertising

 

Watching these videos made me hungry: A team of German photography and advertising experts custom-made a motion control robotic camera arm that pivots and zooms at super-fast speeds in precisely planned and measured movements.

The robot, named Spike, produces stunning footage of, well, beer being poured in slow motion, or molten chocolate flowing over a candy bar. Hey, it’s advertising, not science. Impressive nonetheless. And it lead me to eating some chocolate myself. Advertising works…
